Baron Philippe de Rothschild “Baron Nathaniel” Pauillac is a deep garnet, full‑bodied, Cabernet‑based Bordeaux showing blackcurrant, blackberry and plum with notes of leather, tobacco, earth, chocolate, coffee, liquorice and spice, supported by firm yet polished tannins and a long, classic Pauillac finish.

The refined nose opens on ripe black berry fruit aromas, especially bilberry and blackberry, followed with airing by roasted coffee-bean and toast notes. The clean and fresh attack is full of ripe fruit flavours, especially bilberry and blackcurrant. A mid-palate of considerable depth with powerful, stylish tannins, leads into a finish that lingers on notes of roasted coffee-bean and toast.
