Hang Seng Prestige World Mastercard® exclusive "May Wine Tasting Workshop (“Activity”) Terms and Conditions:
1. The Activity will be held on 14 May 2022 from 2PM to 3PM at Shop 2, 2 - 4 Kingston Street, Fashion Walk, Causeway Bay.
2. Participants of the Activity must be at age of 18 or above and enroll at the designated website of Jebsen Wines and Spirits by inputting the first 6 digits of a valid Hang Seng Prestige World Mastercard (”Eligible Credit Card”) and prepay the enrollment fee of HKD500 per person with the Eligible Credit Card.
3. Participants of the Activity must be a member of Jebsen Wines and Spirits. If you are not yet a member of Jebsen Wines and Spirits, you may register as a new member via Jebsen Wines and Spirits website and input the first 6 digits of your Eligible Credit Card number as customer code. Upon becoming a member of Jebsen Wines and Spirits, the participants shall be deemed to have agreed to and be bound by all the terms and conditions of the membership and also the terms of usage of Jebsen Wines and Spirits website. For details of these terms and conditions, please access them via the relevant section on the Jebsen Website.
4. All enrollment must be completed by 13 May 2022 6:00PM. Enrollment quotas apply and serve on first-come-first-serve basis.
5. Only participants who successfully enrolled (”Customer“) can participate at the Activity. All the enrollment fees and registered quota cannot be transferred, refunded, or exchanged for cash or other gifts.
6. Customers must present his/ her Hang Seng Prestige World Mastercard and the confirmation email of the registration to participate the activity.
7. No refund will be arranged to any absent Customer.
8. The activity will be conducted in Cantonese.
9. The Activity will be cancelled under typhoon signal number 8 or above, a black rainstorm signal or emergency. If the Activity is cancelled due to bad weather or emergency, Jebsen Beverage Company Limited is solely responsible for the arrangement, and the Customers will be notified individually by Jebsen Beverage Company Limited on the arrangement of its make-up session.
10. Participants of the activity must use “LeaveHomeSafe” and they must wear masks throughout the non-drinking period.
11. Hang Seng and Jebsen Beverage Company Limited reserve the right to suspend, revise or terminate the Activity at any time and amend the terms and conditions thereof from time to time without prior notice. The decision of Jebsen Limited and Hang Seng Bank Limited (“Hang Seng”) shall be final in case of dispute.

13. The Activity is organized by Jebsen Beverage Company Limited and all information and services are directly supplied by Jebsen Beverage Company Limited who is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities related to the Activity. Hang Seng does not accept any liabilities in connection with the Activity.
14. No person other than the Customer and Hang Seng (which includes its successors and assigns) will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provision of these terms and conditions.
15. These terms and conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
16. These terms and conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
17. The English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail whenever there is a discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.
