The Butcher's Cart Shiraz is inspired by the pioneering spirit of the early days at St Hallett, established by the Lindner family in 1944. The Lindners would load a horse drawn cart with a variety of carcasses daily and drive into the local township. The towns' folk would choose their cut of meat to be expertly carved in front of their eyes.
