中間帶少許黑色，酒緣有點紫色，這是經典的卡儷那招牌的紅色水果香，是舊世界的特色，中間會有杜松子、黑莓丶紅莓丶洋甘草味道，帶有少許碳香丶榲桲膏味，混合了鐵味、酸辣的的氣息。另外有橡木酒桶丶粉紅胡椒粒丶綠色煙草味，香氣四溢。質感濃稠，像絲絨般，充滿力量，單寧澎湃，成熟而且均衡，橡木味完全融和了，讓藍莓和血腸的味道更加突出，餘韻複雜，必須要有耐性才能夠喝到更多的味道。
