The Yarra Valley’s cool climate is ideal for the variety too, where Dominique Portet manage to coax more citrus and stone fruit characters with a creamy texture and a savoury finish.

Bright and restrained with notes of citrus and white stone fruits, white blossom, dry grass and honeycomb. The palate highlights all that work in the winery, adding structure, roundness, as well as a creamy and delicate mouthfeel. The variety’s hallmark limey acidity gives zip to the stone fruit, citrus and wet-stone notes.
