At Four Pillars we’re obsessed with the possibilities of gin, using the world’s best gin stills (all copper, made by CARL in Germany) to combine purity of spirit with concentration of flavour. And our whole approach to making gin is to distill the unique flavours and fresh, natural produce of Australia. The sunshine, the citrus, the botanicals, the climate, the diversity, the invention, the passion for great food, drink and endless flavours. This is the best place on earth to make gin.
There’s something a little different about the sunshine in Australia. It seems to be a bit brighter here, warmer too, more dazzling and intense.
And it affects everything, shaping our landscape and lifestyle. So our fruit gets a little plumper, riper. The water a touch clearer. And the people here are different too. We don’t follow convention. We do things our own ways. And we have fun while we do it. At the end of each hot day we need a good cold drink. So we distilled it ourselves. Cheers
