About Sake Walk 2026
Sake Walk 2026 returns this April and May with over fiveweeks, city-wide celebration of Japanese sake culture. Spanning more than 30 participating restaurants and bars across Hong Kong, the programme brings together guided tastings, expert-led masterclasses, curated pairing dinners and immersive cocktail experiences designed to showcase the depth and versatility of premium sake.
This year’s edition shines a spotlight on internationally recognized breweries, including producers acknowledged by the International Wine Challenge (IWC) Sake - one of the world’s most respected sake judging platforms. Through a rotating weekly format, guests will have the opportunity to explore award recognised expressions alongside distinctive regional styles, each reflecting its own brewing philosophy and sense of place.
