Vinification
Sourced primarily from selected blocks on our Charleston and Oakbank properties, two of Australia’s finest Sauvignon Blanc vineyards. The low yielding parcels were picked over a two week period, ensuring optimum ripeness. Chilled grapes were gently pressed in our winery and underwent a long, slow, cool fermentation, maintaining optimal flavour.
Tasting Notes
This wine displays vibrant aromas of passionfruit, citrus blossom, and lime zest, which carry seamlessly onto the palate. A zippy acidity provides excellent length and a refreshing finish.
