Shin Shu Meijo is located in Ueda of Nagano Prefecture, They started to focus in Sake brewing back in 150 years ago. Their "TAKIZAWA" series Sake is brewed by one of the best three Sake rice types called "Miyamanishiki" and made by one of the softest water in the world called "Obsidian" water. The brewing Master, Mr. Kudo Arimichi of Shin Shu Meijo has 30 years of extensive experience in producing premium sake, bringing you a drinking experience with perfect integration on Rice, Water and Technology.
A fruity Tokubetsu Junmai-shu with melon, banana, pear and umami flavour. Rich taste and mellow acidity as well as long finishing taste. Drink cold or hot.
