Bright pale green with slight golden tinges. Melon fig and dominate, with some secondary characters derived from less contact and barrel maturation showing through. The palate is complex but restrained. It shows fresh flavours, with a combination of primary fruit. The flavour remains long on the palate with acidity and minerality, complementing the finish.
